Usually Airlines ground staff provide the wheel chair assistance(some r good & some not).
I was concerned about them getting out during stopover in London & Immmigration /Customs, Baggaige claim & taking TRAIN in ATL airport .

Off Lately in this forum and thru my freinds I am hearing premiums are also getting delayed..
Even in My case Fedex has reached uscis on Jan 17 , for me and my family but checks have not yet got cleared..
my lawyer says , nowadays the delay is because vermont cases are getting transferred to Calisfornia center for H1 Extension ..
Not sure what is the truth...Just waiting for Premium H1 extension to get cleared soon...

Great font choice, but it's to big ;)
I wouldn't reccomend making it smaller, because that font seems to look well large. I'd say search over www.dafont.com under the Script section for a simple caligraphy font :D

EB1 was applied under the Extraordinary ability. I also have a EB2-NIW I-140 cleared as well. Hope that answers your question.

You should be able to work with any company provided they are ready to give you support when USCIS asks for an RFE about your employment status.
Also you have to make sure that your job fall in the same description that you have filed the 485 for.
Consult other informations/resources also.

A good attorney would never recommend job description in such micro terms. What does your labor certification say ? Match it as much to that one. CIS is not concerned about that level of micro detail (servlets or XML). The description should be a a level that can be easily understood by an adjudicator.

The Memo was offering administrative relief options to promote family unity, foster economic growth, achieve significant process improvements, and reduce the threat of removal for certain individuals present in the United States without authorization. A brief history of my petition which has been denied.
Case Applied: August 2008
RFE Issued against my case: April 2009
Response to RFE Submitted: May 2009
Case Denied : August 2009
Reason:Proposed job does not requires specialized knowledge and that you, as employee, do not possess specialized knowledge.
Other information: This case was a premium processing and still it took one year to make a decision. I am not sure why was that?
Can I reapply L1B blanket now (September, 2009)?
Also my job role is core developer in the project for 3.5 years now and I also support product related issues in a very complex financial project. I assume that my role was not correctly portrayed in the petition hence it got denied.
So, I need your help to let me know
#1 : What are the best available options for reapply?
#2 : Can I apply for L1B blanket?
#3: Is there any wait period to reapply?

I am a resident working on H1b. Got married and wife joined me in July 2010.
1. First question in the ITIN form w-7 is: Reason you are submitting Form W-7. (there are couple of options)
Is the option in my case: "Spouse of U.S. citizen/resident alien"? (and it asks for the resident's i.e. my name and SSN.)
2. Item 6d. "Identification documents submitted" ?
Options are for passport, Divers License, USCIS documentation.
My wife has all the three. Her H4 visa is stamped and valid. What all should I submit?

I received a copy of I 485 Receipt Notice from my lawyer today. The priority date is empty in the receipt notice. Is this normal?

I mailed my EAD application around 2nd week of Dec'09 to Nebraska. I too was waiting for my check to be encashed. However, last week I got the check( with the correct amount of $340.00) returned. Couple of days later I got my EAD application receipt with the application fee shown as $0.00. My attorney was fine with it.
You should be getting your application receipt soon. If not, get in touch with the customer service.
